To prepare the review or information you asked for, and to follow up with you about it. Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers used to run this site and send email, and only so they can do that work.
Calls, texts, and email
When you give a phone number you agree Christian may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also ask to stop at any time by replying directly.
Cookies and analytics
This site stores small amounts of data in your browser to keep a form you started and to understand how pages are used. You can clear or block this data in your browser settings. Blocking it may mean a partly finished form is not saved.
How long it is kept
Form submissions are kept while there is an active or possible working relationship, and after that for as long as real estate record keeping rules require. You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. California residents may make these requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Requests are honored without any penalty to you.
Security
Information sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection and is stored with access limited to Christian and the tools used to run the business. No system is perfect, so please do not send sensitive documents such as bank statements through a web form.
